Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Tho from the Institute of Strategy and Policy on Natural Resources and Environment presented his paper, "Energy transition and Net Zero goals worldwide: Implications for Vietnam." He highlighted that the energy transition to achieve Net Zero is central to global environmental policies. It not only involves reducing greenhouse gas emissions but also requires nations to build sustainable energy systems, harness renewable sources, and implement advanced technologies.
