On September 19, Mr. Tran Hong Thai, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, announced the “Plan for the 10th Da Lat Flower Festival in 2024.” He also signed decisions to establish various committees, including the Promotion and Communication, Steering, Organizing, Reception and Logistics, Financial Mobilization, and Security Committees, to manage the festival’s activities.
