On September 19, Tran Hong Thai, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, announced the “Plan for the 10th Da Lat Flower Festival in 2024.” He also signed decisions to establish various committees, including the Promotion and Communication, Steering, Organizing, Reception and Logistics, Financial Mobilization, and Security Committees, to manage the festival’s activities.
On September 13, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Tran Hong Thai visited and gave Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to children of members of the Lam Dong Provincial Blind Association, as well as children currently undergoing rehabilitation at the Provincial Rehabilitation Hospital.
On August 23, during the 17th session (special session) of the 10th Lam Dong Provincial People's Council, comrade Tran Hong Thai, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology, was elected Chairman of the Lam Dong People’s Committee.
