With an experienced medical team, many of whom have worked at central-level hospitals, the hospital receives hundreds of patient visits daily, achieving a patient satisfaction rate above 97%, with all patients willing to return.

In addition to its core medical services, the hospital implements numerous charitable programs, including free medical check-ups and medication for disadvantaged communities, families of policy beneficiaries, and war veterans. Its health insurance policy allowing direct access to high-quality medical services without a referral has also benefited thousands of patients.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Cong Han, Chairman of HYH Group and CEO of Huu Nghị Quoc Te Joint Stock Company, emphasized: “During the construction process, we are committed to ensuring safety, timely completion, and quality to meet medical examination and treatment needs for the public. In the first phase, the hospital will be built with a total of 350 beds, and later expanded to 500 beds. Notably, the high-quality medical complex will be equipped with modern machinery and devices to enhance healthcare services for the community.”

Once completed, Huu Nghị 103 General Hospital – Lao Cai will become a key facility in HYH Group’s high-quality healthcare network, helping to ease the burden on central hospitals while improving medical service quality and public health in the Northwest region.

Founded in 1993 by Dr. Nguyen Cong Han while he was still a student, HYH Group began as a small clinic in Hanoi with a single staff member.
