Comprehensive cooperation between HYH Group and the Institute of Space and Underwater Technology

TN&MTOn November 5, 2025, at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, HYH Group and the Institute of Space and Underwater Technology signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking a promising beginning toward comprehensive cooperation to achieve shared strategic goals.

According to Dr. Nguyen Cong Han, the Vietnam Spaceship and Satellite Corporation is a member of HYH Group, which he founded in 1993. Over more than 30 years of development, HYH Group has expanded its operations in both Vietnam and the United States, managing four core brands: Dr. HAN Hospital, Dr. HAN Beauty Center, Dr. HAN City, and Dragon Tea Suoi Giang

With the Institute’s strengths and the investment cooperation of the Vietnam Spaceship and Satellite Corporation and HYH Group, the two sides are expected to create groundbreaking projects and products in the near future

Associate Professor Dr. Huynh Dang Chinh, Vice President of Hanoi University of Science and Technology in charge of Science, Technology, and Innovation, highlighted that this signing marks a meaningful start for both sides, paving the way for deeper and more effective cooperation in the future

Under the MoU, both parties agreed to collaborate in several professional fields aligned with their respective functions, capacities, and needs. Specifically, the cooperation will include joint research and development of multipurpose intelligent aerial vehicles; investment in testing facilities for unmanned systems; training programs for design, manufacturing, operation, and maintenance of aerial vehicles; co-development and application of joint research projects and products; and research and manufacturing of autonomous vehicles of mutual interest

HYH Group Chairman Dr. Nguyen Cong Han expressed his belief that this partnership will allow both sides to fully leverage their strengths in the design and production of autonomous vehicles, unmanned aerial systems, navigation technologies, and related fields, enhancing creativity and operational efficiency for both institutions
